Description:

As a Fresher HR Generalist, you will have the unique opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources management. You will be an integral part of our HR team and support in executing HR initiatives that contribute to the success of our organization. Your Key responsibilities as a Fresher HR Generalist would be:

  1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive integration into the company culture and processes.
  3. Help organize and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  4. Participate in performance management activities, including tracking performance evaluations and assisting with performance improvement plans.
  5. Maintain and update HR records, databases, and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
  6. Provide assistance in benefits administration, such as enrollment, inquiries, and claims processing.
  7. Work diligently in the area of compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  8. Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge.
  9. Support in addressing HR-related queries and concerns from employees and stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated with HR trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas to enhance HR

What are we looking for?

We are looking for the following in HR Generalist Fresher:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong passion for HR and a desire to build a career in this field.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  4. Proactive and adaptable attitude, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  5. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  7. Proficiency in Google Work Space and G-Suite.

Other information:

Work location: Bengaluru city and Remote
Working days – *6 days a week (In a month the 1st and the 3rd Saturdays are non-working days)
