Description:

Building products at BiCSoM is about turning dreams and ideas into lovable technology and design solutions. As a mindful member of BiCSoM team, you will be involved in everyday team interactions on product development and management. You will be involved in capturing client requirements and articulating it properly to the internal team members. You will be responsible to present the project status and update clients on the project updates. Likewise, you will be the internal champion of our clients and a buddy of internal team to help them understand client’s requirements properly. Likewise, you will also be responsible for farming the existing business and hunt for new business to grow the sales pipeline.

What are we looking for?

  1. We expect you to have expertise in client interactions and relationship management. You are someone who is expert in capturing client requirements and conducting client meetings. Apart from this, you are someone who likes to interact and build a fun atmosphere internally with team members. And you are someone who likes business development and can contribute towards growth in the sales pipeline.
  2. There are few skills which you need to have from the get-go:
    1. Great communication skills; oral and written
    2. Top-notch skills in creating documents, spreadsheets and presentations
    3. Great at facilitation skills and interpersonal skills
    4. Detail-oriented and has habit of delivering high accuracy
    5. Expert in task management
    6. Effective organizational skills
    7. Skilled at doing online research on various technologies, designs and business
    8. Highly process oriented
    9. You respect time and understand, lost time never  comes back
  3. You have the ability to understand customer requirements and can prepare high quality product requirement documents and user story documents
  4. You have the habit of capturing minutes of the meetings and articulating it to the internal and external stake-holders
  5. You are a smart and energetic talent from business management or product background with passion for customer success, design, technology and problem-solving
  6. Based on the situations, you can contribute individually or work with team and make work productive and fun
  7. In terms of day to day work, for 1 to 2 years you should have done the following:
    1. Prepared multiple product requirement documents or user story documents
    2. Regularly conducted client meetings for project updates
    3. Handled task management for a team size of minimum 3 members using task management tools
    4. Handled stressful situations of client escalations and controlled it professionally
    5. Involved end to end in at least 2 to 3 software product development journeys

  • Work location: Bengaluru city and Remote
  • Working days – 6 days a week
